Alice’s followers and fanatics have all the reason to put on their best Cheshire grin, because the second trailer for Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland has hit the web. The intro shows theatrical fireworks over the landscape of Wonderland. Then came the disembodied voice, probably of the Mad Hatter saying “There is a place like no place on earth,” as we see Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum picking their way through a colorful, otherworldly landscape.

Then there is the quavering voice of the Mad Hatter “Some say to survive it, you need to be as mad as a hatter – which luckily, I am.” On Alice In Wonderland Second Official Trailer, we see the glimpse of Mia Wasikowska as a tiny, delicate Alice, as a towering Depp as the Mad Hatter runs across a tea table in the forest to greet her.

I personally love the scene of the Red Queen and the pig. Anne Hathaway also makes as appearance as the ethereal White Queen on this second trailer. The disembodied head of the Cheshire Cat with his giant glowing eyes, an army of playing cards, and an armor suited Alice battle ready and brandishing a sword are other tastes of the fantastical world the veteran director Tim Burton has in store for us when the movie comes out on March 5, 2010.
