After the long mid-season break our favorite gymnast is back after the Nationals. On the previous episode which was originally last August 24, 2009, shows that Kaylie, Kelly, Lauren and Emily made it to National team.

On this episode, Kaylie discovers that being a national champion is about more than just celebrating. She’s having a hard-time adjusting on the responsibility as a National Champion. Payson, on the other hand, struggles to deal with her back injury (and the cortisone she took for it). Meanwhile, Damon plans a romantic evening with Emily and Kim enlists Summer’s assistance in running things at the Rock.
